Information Security Policy

Brown Rivers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") operates with the philosophy of creating new value by constructing existing structures in virtual space.
The information assets, including customer information, that we handle in the course of our business are extremely important as the management foundation of our company.
All those who handle information assets, including executives and employees who recognize the importance of protecting information assets from risks such as leakage, damage, and loss, will comply with this policy and practice activities to maintain information security, including the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
Basic policy
In order to protect information assets, we will formulate an information security policy and related regulations and conduct business in accordance with them , while also complying with laws, regulations, other norms, and contractual terms with customers related to information security.
We will clarify the standards for analyzing and evaluating the risks of leaks, damage, loss, etc., that exist for information assets, establish a systematic risk assessment method, and conduct risk assessments on a regular basis. Based on the results of these assessments, we will implement necessary and appropriate security measures.
We will establish an information security system centered on the executive officer in charge, and clarify the authority and responsibility regarding information security. In addition, we will regularly educate, train and raise awareness among all employees to ensure that they recognize the importance of information security and handle information assets appropriately.
We will regularly inspect and audit compliance with the information security policy and the handling of information assets, and will promptly take corrective action for any deficiencies or items requiring improvement that are discovered.
We will take appropriate measures in the event of information security events or incidents, establish response procedures in advance to minimize damage in the unlikely event of such an event occurring, and respond promptly and take appropriate corrective measures in the event of an emergency. In particular, we will ensure the continuity of our business by establishing a management framework for incidents that may result in business interruption and reviewing it regularly.
We will establish and implement an information security management system that sets out goals for realizing our basic philosophy, and will continually review and improve it.
